About me

I’ve been around horses for as long as I can remember, I spent most weekends as a kid travelling the UK with my family competing in Show Jumping and Mounted Games competitions. It was great fun. Not so much fun mucking out after school, but that’s the price we pay. Becoming a farrier (believe it or not) has been the only job I’ve ever wanted to do. I’ve now got 7 years experience in the profession and it’s given me the opportunity to work with a wide range of horses across an array of disciplines, over multiple continents. During that time I’ve developed a particular interest in competition horses and how we as farriers can help assist their longevity and performance.

I’ve been fortunate enough to work on high-level sport horses both in the UK and in the USA, alongside highly seasoned professionals which I've learnt so much from. This experience has given me a real appreciation for the importance of precision, consistency and attention to detail while working as a team with you the rider, and adjacent professionals in order to maintain the best possible platform for each individual horse.

My goal is to provide a comprehensive, reliable and quality driven service at a fair price, to ensure your horse stays comfortable, happy and performs at their best. Whether they’re giving a child their first ride around the field or they’re taking you around a Grand Prix!
